There are two replacement full-size toothbrush heads per package: 1 white with chrome color ring, 1 white with white color ring. These are for Waterpik Sonic-Fusion Flossing toothbrush models only. Replace every 3 months. How to Use Brush: Place brush head in your mouth. Press the Brush button. Use light pressure and clean all tooth surfaces.  Water Floss: Lean over sink and place the brush head in your partially closed mouth.
