Urban Decay Brow Blade Waterproof Eyebrow Pencil & Ink Stain is a dual-ended eyebrow tool designed to define and enhance your brows with precision. One end features a creamy waterproof pencil for shaping and filling in sparse areas, while the other end is a brush-tip ink stain for creating realistic, hair-like strokes for a natural or bold brow look. Ingredients Formulated without parabens, sulfates, and phthalates to ensure a clean beauty experience. Suggested Use> Start with clean, dry skin without foundation or primer on the eyebrow area. Use the pencil to shape and shade the brows for a defined look. Apply the ink stain with short, hair-like strokes starting from the mid-brow to the tail for added depth and dimension. For a softer finish, apply the pencil lightly and build up coverage as needed. For enhanced wear, follow with a setting spray such as Urban Decay's All Nighter Long-Lasting Makeup Setting Spray.
