The steering lock emulator is one of the most advanced emulators currently available. It supports vehicles with ELV systems. ELV failure is a mechanical issue that can occur in the steering column lock independently of other faults. When this malfunction happens, even with a working key, the vehicle will not start because the ELV steering column lock does not activate. In such cases, replacing and programming a new ELV steering column lock is required. The steering lock issue is one of the most common problems in certain vehicle starting systems.The universal steering lock emulator requires no coding—simply connect and use.
