The TPS63020 is a compact automatic step-up and step-down module designed for efficient power conversion in battery-operated electronics. It features a fixed 3.3V output and automatically switches between buck and boost operation modes. 1. Input voltage ranges from 1.8V to 5.5V with a maximum output current of 3A. 2. Delivers conversion efficiency up to 96% with quiescent current under 50uA and a fixed operating frequency of 2.4MHz. 3. Designed for two or three-cell alkaline, NiCd, NiMH, or single-cell lithium battery applications, including small mobile PCs, MIDs, digital media players, and cameras. 4. Features a black PCB body with electronic components and contains one automatic step-up and step-down module in the package.
