Date and time: When the device is successfully paired with a smartphone, the device time synchronizes with the phone. Soil moisture values: The moisture percentages provided by this device are relative measurements specific to this product and do not represent absolute soil moisture content. It is compatible with the Tuya Smart app or Smart Life app by default. No technical support is provided for integration with other applications. Smart device linkage: When linked to other smart devices, this meter can trigger connected devices to activate when the measured value crosses a preset threshold. If the value changes but does not cross the threshold, no command is sent. How to connect the device to the app: 1. Download the Smart Life or Tuya Smart app from Google Play or the App Store. 2. Add your ZIGBEE gateway to the app. 3. Press and hold the button on the device for 5 seconds until the blue LED flashes, indicating pairing mode. 4. Open the gateway page in the app and use the "Auto Search" function. 5. Wait for the device to appear in the app. 6. Device setup is complete. Power supply: 2 x AA 1.5V batteries
