OBD2 ECU Programming Tool Car Immobilizer Deactivation Activation

This box is compatible with EDC15 and ME7 engine control units. The EDC15 control unit is used in diesel engines and was installed in certain vehicle models from 1999 onwards. The ME7 control unit is used in gasoline engines with displacement of 1.6L and above. It also supports ME7.5, ME7.5.1, ME7.1, and ME7.1.1 control units. Usage instructions: 1. Plug the EDC15/ME7 box into the vehicle’s OBD2 diagnostic port. 2. Turn the drive box switch to “OFF”. 3. Wait approximately 20 seconds for the immobilizer to deactivate (IMMO OFF). 4. The LED will flash slowly at first, then rapidly — indicating successful deactivation. 5. The vehicle can then be started without a transponder key. 6. To reactivate the immobilizer (IMMO ON), turn the drive box switch to “ON” and wait approximately 20 seconds. Compatible with vehicles equipped with EDC15 (diesel) or ME7 engine management systems. Not compatible with 1.8T, 2.0TFSI, 1.4L, or 1.6L gasoline engines. This tool is intended for professional automotive technicians and authorized service personnel only.
