The cyborg soldier Raiden has to face his strongest foe yet. He is attacked by an army of cyborgs from the Desperado Enforcements. During battle, Raiden loses his left eye and left arm. Desperado has taken control of Abhaasia. Raiden's company, Maverick, accepts the job from Russia to take the country back. With renewed armour and more powerful Cyborg parts, Raiden charges into enemy territory to fight Desperado, and to avenge his honour.
