To use this governor, the Bluetooth board and controller may need to be replaced. B. The governor modifies the software settings to increase speed. If your motor is 250W, achieving higher speeds may be limited due to motor constraints. The maximum speed of 38km/h may not be attainable without upgrading to a 350W or higher motor. C. Low speed mode – up to 20km/h (factory default). 2. High speed mode – up to 38km/h. Installation Steps: 1. Turn off the scooter. 2. Remove the four screws located under the meter on the top of the riser. Keep these screws. 3. Open the housing to access the meter and connected wire. Locate the middle connector and disconnect it. 4. Insert the governor between the meter and the wire, ensuring proper alignment to avoid damaging internal pins. 5. Place the governor in the center of the riser and reattach the four screws. 6. Press and hold the power button on the Bluetooth board to turn on the scooter. 7. Pull the brake lever three times, then press the throttle three times. The governor will display "38", indicating the firmware update process has started. Do not operate the scooter during this process. Wait until the display shows "0", indicating completion. Turn off the scooter, restart it, and test the increased speed.
