Instructions for use: Application (for monitoring wasp populations): Open the wasp trap and fill with water up to the blue marking line on the label. The sachet containing the attractant dissolves in water. Turn the trap closed and pull the locking mechanism all the way up. Hang the wasp trap approximately 5-10 meters from the area you wish to protect from wasps using a string or wire. A sunny spot is best. If the level of the attractant mixture falls below the fill line, please refill with water. To avoid being stung by wasps, this should ideally be done in the evening. The COMPO wasp trap should be rebaited every 2 to 3 weeks to ensure its effectiveness. Before hanging the trap, close it by pushing the locking mechanism back down. To clean the trap before reusing it, open it and immerse it completely in a warm soapy solution. This will kill any remaining insects. Afterwards, empty the trap in a suitable location and dispose of the wasps in a container. Application period: April to October.
