Automotive threaded oil filter adapter 1/2'x28 Internal Threads - 3/4x16 External Threads This adapter is threaded in 1-2x28 inside diameter (female threads) X 3-4x16 outside diameter (male threads) with a 2.5 inch outer diameter 'flange'. Precision CNC manufacturing ensures a precise fit and easy installation.It's best to find an oil filter that's rubber gasket is 2.5 inches diameter or smaller. This will provide a positive seal with our adapter. This aluminum adapter can be easily drilled and tapped to accommodate a variety of additional fittings if necessary (see pictures). It does not come drilled and tapped on the side of the adapter as shown with the brass fittings, it is only 1/2-28ID threads x 3/4-16OD threads in the center of the adapter.
