1、The screen is non‑volatile and can be easily read/written 10 trillion times under the usual condition. 2、Similar to dynamic random access memory (DRAM), this module is only has a ferroelectric layer instead of a dielectric layer. 3、The module is particularly suitable for use with low‑power data loggers and for attenuating data in the absence of a stable voltage source. 4、The FRAM chip used can provide 32KB of memory and use a clock up to 20 MHz. 5、Every byte can be read and written instantly, but 95 years of memory can be retained at room temperature. Note: Due to the light and screen setting difference, the item's color may be slightly different from the pictures. Please allow slight dimension difference due to different manual measurement.
