Use processStorage(1) The storage of solder paste should be controlled under the environment of 2-10c, and the service life of solder paste is six months (unopened);(2) The solder paste should not be placed in the sunshine.Rewarming(3) Before unsealing, the temperature of the solder paste must be raised to the ambient temperature (25+3 ), and the heating time is 3-4 hours. It is forbidden to use other heaters to make the temperature rise instantly;stir(4) After warming, it must be fully stirred. The mixing time of using the mixer is about 1-3 minutes, depending on the type of mixer;(5) When the last batch of unused solder paste is used again, remember to stir it first. If it is found that it is too dry to stir, you can add a small amount of special thinner for solder paste and then stir it. It can be used only after being stirred evenly.Printing(6) Add about 32 amount of solder paste to the steel plate, and try not to exceed the amount of solder paste in the tank on the steel plate;(7) Depending on the production speed, supplement the amount of solder paste on the steel plate in a small amount and many times to maintain the quality of solder paste;(8) The unused solder paste of the day cannot be placed together with the unused solder paste. It is recommended to use it within 24 hours after the solder paste is opened;(9) After the solder paste is printed on the substrate, it is recommended to mount the components within 46 hours and enter reflow soldering to complete the welding;(10) If the line change is more than one hour, please scrape the solder paste from the steel plate and put it into the solder paste tank for sealing before the line change;(11) In order to achieve the best welding effect, please control the indoor temperature at 22-28c and rh4060%;(12) When you want to wipe the wrong printed substrate, it is recommended to use ethanol and PA for cleaning.
