The side with adhesive should face up (see picture shown). Twist the cap onto the bottle. Leave in place for 30 minutes. This allows the adhesive time to activate, leaving the liner attached to the rim. The liner will be sealed closely onto the rim of the bottle or jar opening after removing the cap 30 minutes later.
