1. The reliable driving method of the full half bridge driver chips minimizes the switching loss of the MOSFET. The MOSFET uses an N channel IRF3205 MOSFET, dedicated half bridge driver chips, and bootstrap capacitors for the side switch, ensuring sufficient driving voltage for the side switch, enabling fast opening of the MOSFET channel and increasing the motor's acceleration curve. 2. This driver also features a braking function that can quickly decelerate the motor, providing fast and clear braking, with simple and easy operation. The driver consists of complete half bridge driver chips an N channel MOSFET with extremely low internal resistance. 3. The performance of this driver cannot be matched by motor driver chips like the L298. This driver focuses on current and efficiency, effectively utilizing motor power and battery life. It can withstand current overloads, with a maximum current of 30 A.
