Remove the four screws located under the meter on the top of the riser; keep these screws. 3. Open the housing to access the meter and connected wire. Locate the plug in the middle and disconnect it. 4. Insert the governor between the meter and the wire, ensuring proper alignment to avoid damaging internal pins. 5. Place the governor in the center of the riser and reattach the four screws. 6. Press and hold the power button to activate.
