Attention: A. Please verify your scooter model to ensure it is the original 1S/Pro/Pro 2. Copies or modified models may not be compatible. To use this controller, you may need to replace the Bluetooth board and controller. B. This product modifies the scooter’s software to increase speed. If your original motor is 250W, the maximum speed may be limited, as the motor determines the top speed. The scooter may not reach 38km/h with a 250W motor. For optimal performance, upgrade to a 350W or higher motor. C. This product is intended for private use only. Modification may affect the scooter’s original software, and could impact insurance coverage or compliance with local regulations. Use at your own risk. The manufacturer and seller assume no liability for any damage to the scooter or other incidents resulting from use. Speed Settings: 1. Low speed mode – up to 20km/h (factory default). 2. High speed mode – up to 38km/h. Installation Steps: 1. Turn off the scooter. 2. Remove the four screws located under the meter on the top of the scooter’s riser. Keep these screws. 3. Open the riser to access the meter and the connected wire. Locate the middle connector and unplug it. 4. Insert the speed controller between the meter and the wire, ensuring proper alignment and avoiding damage to the internal pins. 5. Place the controller in the center of the riser and reattach the four screws. 6. Press and hold the power button on the Bluetooth board to turn on the scooter. 7. Press the brake three times, then press the throttle three times. The controller will display “38,” indicating the firmware update is in progress. Do not operate the scooter during this process. Wait until the display shows “0,” indicating the update is complete. Turn off the scooter, then restart it. The scooter should now reach a maximum speed of 38km/h.
