Take the softened teeth guard out of the warm water and bite it in your mouth, press out your own teeth marks on the it, and stay for a few minutes until the teeth marks are fixed. 4. Take out and put it in cold water quickly to set. 5. It is done, the tooth mark is fixed, and then put it into the mouth before everynight sleeping. If the shape is not ideal, you can repeat the above steps to re-shape.
