If bubbles are present, gently shake the electrode (similar to a thermometer) to remove bubbles from the sensitive bulb, as bubbles may affect measurement accuracy. Calibration and testing of the electrode and pH meter: 1. Connect the pH electrode to the input of the pH instrument, ensuring a correct connection. 2. Perform calibration according to the instrument’s instruction manual and verify the calibration results. Storage and maintenance of the liquid-filled composite pH electrode: 1. After use, clean the electrode with distilled water and store it in a protective bottle. The electrode will be reactivated by adding solution before the next use. 2. If the electrode is not used for an extended period, rinse it thoroughly and remove residual distilled water. 3.
