Put on protective gloves and safety goggles 2. Remove the cap from the low-side service port 3. Attach the valve core removal tool to the service port 4. Insert the extractor into the tool 5. Unscrew the old valve core 6. Pull the valve core upward 7. Remove the old valve core from the system 8. Place the new valve core onto the installation rod 9.
