Secure the valve to a plate or board on your grill or fire pit using the screw and flange. 2. Connect the inlet and outlet hoses to the respective sides of the valve. Ensure tight connections to prevent gas leakage. 3. Tighten the M8 thermocouple nut securely onto the valve end. (Verify that your valve end thread is 8mm before installation.) 4. Properly connect the thermocouple and its threaded end. 5. Turn the knob to open the gas supply and press the valve for approximately 5–10 seconds until the thermocouple is sufficiently heated. 6. Release the valve.
