Repair of hard clogs: (1) Immersion method suitable for light clogs: Solution: Use a metal container with a smooth bottom. Add a small amount of 95% organic solvent alcohol solution. The alcohol should cover the stainless steel edge of the print head, but must not come into contact with the PCB board. Soaking time typically ranges from 2 hours to 4 days. (2) Pressure cleaning method suitable for severe clogs: Solution: Use the plastic tube or needle from a disposable infusion set to create a secure connection between a syringe and the print heads ink supply port. Once connected, submerge the print head nozzle in 95% organic solvent alcohol and draw the alcohol through the print head into the syringe repeatedly.
