Fits virtually all vacuum sealers and hand or impulse heat sealers. Replaces deteriorated or burnt-out PTFE tape, which is a crucial barrier between the heating elements and the bag. Old tape can cause poor bag sealing and may lead to damaged heating elements or sealer failure. Tape may be slightly wider than necessary, allowing for broad compatibility. Replace the strip when it appears worn, discolored, or if sealing performance is compromised. Cut from the roll and place on the designated area (clean the surface before applying the new tape). Position over the wire for vacuum sealers and under the wire for impulse sealers. Compared to standard tape, this PTFE tape offers superior heat and cold resistance. It provides excellent electrical insulation for high voltage applications, is chemically inert to most chemicals, solvents, and agents, and resists light, oxygen, wear, and corrosion.
