Easy to refill the water through the top opening, and no need to take off the bottle. Please keep the top lid tightly sealed after refilling to avoid leakage. Quick connect design, easy to install or uninstall. Please unscrew the bottle from the bottom not from the top. Food-grade stainless steel balls and built-in silicone sealing rings provide leakage protection. Made of durable PP, ABS, and PET materials, BPA FREE, safe and non-toxic. Away from Leaks: keep the water clean make sure no hair or fur is attached to the steel ball no grease stain no small articles on the ball. How to clean: Apply a few drops of detergent to the bottle. Grab the two ends of it and shake for seconds. Pour out the liquid, fill it with water and rinse. DO NOT NAKE TAP-WATER RUN RIGHT TOWARDS THE OUTLET(the steel ball) in case of possible displacement of the valve inside.
