Easy Installation: Thread a screw or bolt through the 13/32" diameter hole in the mounting clip and secure it to any surface by wood or metal, lle than a small truck or SUV, interior van, enclosed truck, pickup box, tailgate, etc. For Ground Mounting: The ring works on any surface or base. Sharp V-Rings come with iron, but do not come with screws. It was recommended to install 13/32" diameter screws (between 3/8" and 7/16").
