Prepare cavities according to standard procedures, remove decayed tissue, and clean the cavity. 2. Apply a dental etchant to the tooth surface to be bonded, rinse thoroughly, and dry the bonding surface. 3. Apply a thin, uniform layer of dental adhesive to the bonding surface and cure with a dental curing light for 20 seconds. 4. Fill with an appropriate amount of composite resin, shape as needed, and cure with a light source of at least 400mW/cm² for 20 seconds. Curing depth is approximately 1.5mm. For deeper restorations, extend curing time or use incremental layering technique. 5. Perform finishing and polishing. Use dental articulating paper to check occlusion prior to final adjustments. It is recommended to use rubber polishing points and ultra-fine polishing strips. 6. When pulp protection is required, use calcium hydroxide (light-cured or self-cured) or other non-eugenol lining materials. Avoid using eugenol-containing materials directly as a base.
