Repeat the above steps until the trekking pole stops sliding.Choose the right size trekking pole for your height.You can adjust the length of the trekking pole according to the tips in the picture above. The most suitable height of the pole is your height * 0.68. When the pole height is correctly adjusted, a 90 angle will be formed between your upper arm and forearm.1. Remove the third hidden part of the stick.As shown above, open the trekking pole and remove the third hidden part of the pole. After removing it, you will see the word "LOCK and continue extending the trekking pole until the metal button pops out completely. This ensures that the third, fourth, and fifth parts of the trekking pole are secured.2. Open the quick release.Open the quick release. As shown above, remove the second part of the trekking pole. After adjusting the trekking pole to the desired height, first tighten the screws and then close the quick release. Repeat the above steps until the trekking pole stops slipping.Caution: When adjusting the length, do not reach/exceed the stop line.3.
