About this item This oil pump works in the temperature range of 5~49 . Please add a small amount of lubricating oil to the inlet of the pump before use. Make sure the water inlet hose is tight and as short as possible. Hose should be no longer than 9 feet (2.75m) and flush with water after each use. When pumping abrasive or solidified liquid, use a strainer on the hose line. inlet to prolong the life of the pump. For safe use, it is recommended to install the pump on the floor. When working, check whether a certain amount of fluid in the oil inlet pipe is pumped into the pump within 15-20 seconds. If not, please check if the oil inlet pipe is properly installed on the oil inlet pump. Do not dry If the pump does not start, check if the hose is kinked or blocked. The pump depends on whether or not to use the liquid for lubrication. It is recommended that the rotation speed is between 1500 and 3500 rpm. Both lift and flow are related to rotational speed. The higher the rotational speed, the higher the throughput. At 1500 rpm, the lift is about 1.5 meters, and the flow is about 15L per minute, at 3000 rpm, the lift is about 3 meters, the flow is about 30L per minute. Note: Do not run the pump in reverse.
